Step1

Setup your account with helio image. Please notify us before you send merchandise.

Step 2

Ship your items to be photographed to our studio. If you want the products returned please provide a prepaid shipping label.

Step 3

Product photography is usually turned around in 24 to 48 hours

	Are there quantity discounts avaliable ?
	Yes, please see pricing table at the bottom of the 360 pricing page.
	If my product is larger than 18 x 18 x 18 can you still photograph it ?
	absolutely, just contact us and we can work something out.
	Can you assemble my product ?
	Yes we can do product assembly and disassembly at a rate of $40 / hour billed at 15 minute increments.
	Can I just have you take the 360 degree pictures and not host with you ?
	Yes this is very common, the pricing for this is the second option on the pricing page. As long as your product physically falls into the specifications listed the photo-s are $125 per product.
